PRIME Minister Hon. Manasseh Sogavare (MP) will leave the country today (Friday 9th August 2019) to attend the 50th Pacific Islands Forum (PIF) Leaders Meeting in Tuvalu.
As part of his schedule, the Prime Minister will join other Forum Leaders in the Formal Session of the 50th PIF Leaders meeting.
The Prime Minister will also engage in the Dialogue with Civil Society and the Private Sector.
Hon. Sogavare is expected to attend to other bilateral meetings during the margins of the PIF leaders meeting.
The Prime Minister is accompanied by the Minister for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and External Trade, Hon. Jeremiah Manele.
The PIF Leaders meeting will be held from 12 to 16 August.
